Listen: Real Estate - "Exactly Nothing"

New Jersey natives Real Estate have let out the b-side to the upcoming “Easy” single. The new track, “Exactly Nothing”, is a hazy but upbeat song guided by Martin Courtney’s trademark sleepy vocals.

Its a-side, “Easy”, comes from Days, Real Estate’s highly acclaimed sophomore album (our 19th favorite of 2011). The single is due out digitally on March 5 and on vinyl on April 10 via Domino. Listen Before You Buy caught the radio version of the track, which is apparently not the same as the single take. Check out that radio edit of “Exactly Nothing” below.
