Death Cab for Cutie & Youth Lagoon to play an extra New York City show

As previously reported, Washington’s Death Cab for Cutie will tour the world from February to June. One-man-band Youth Lagoon will open for Death Cab at all of their North American shows and Magik*Magik Orchestra will join the band onstage for the last nine American shows. The crew already had shows planned in the Northeast from April 21 to 30 with performances in Boston, Hartford, New Brunswick, Philadelphia, New York, and DC.
Tickets for the one New York show on April 27 at Beacon Theatre went on sale this morning and sold out very quickly. Now they’ve added a second Beacon Theatre show on the following day, Saturday, April 28 at 8:00 pm. Death Cab, Magik*Magik Orchestra, and Youth Lagoon will all be there.
