MP3: Grand Duchy - "Silver Boys" + announce new album 'Let The People Speak'

Grand Duchy have announced that on April 10th they will release their second studio album, Let The People Speak. Violet Clark told Rolling Stone that the LP is "is meant to be a meandering journey in which the listener is asked to ponder themes relating to art, fame, power/powerlessness, pain, sex and glamor."

The husband/wife duo have also decided to release their new effort's first single for free download. The mp3 of the track titled "Silver Boys" can be grabbed below. Let The People Speak will be Black Francis and Clark's follow up to 2009's Petits Fours.
