Johnny Ramone to release memoir this year

Johnny Ramone died in 2004 from prostate cancer, but fans of the guitar revolutionary will get to read his dying thoughts this spring in the upcoming memoir entitled, Commando: The Autobiography of Johnny Ramone. According to Rolling Stone, Ramone wrote the book as he was dying 8 years ago, and it will contain intimate accounts of his like in The Ramones as well as stories from his personal life. His wife, Linda Ramone, said "It is a really powerful book because his whole life has gone before him and he knows it's going to come to an end, and he really needs to tell everybody what he's feeling inside, so that's what makes it so amazing."
