Flying Lotus will reveal his next album at Coachella

LA electronic music producer Flying Lotus will apparently reveal his new album at Coachella this year. On Friday FlyLo wrote on twitter “Going to present the new album at Coachella 2012”. Friday was also the day that Coachella tickets went on sale and almost immediately sold out. For those lucky few who actually got tickets, Flying Lotus performs on Saturdays April 14 and 21. It’s unclear exactly how Flying Lotus will “present” the album, he could make an announcement, play a track or two, or even do the whole thing.
However he reveals it, the new album will be FlyLo’s fourth and will presumably be with Warp Records like Cosmogramma and Los Angeles before it. Back in October Flying Lotus tweeted “The way it looks now LP 4 will come out between March – May 2012. No big ass press lead in, just droppin it on that ass. #youllneverknowtho”.
