This past Tuesday, many kids expected to see their favorite band All Time Low at a special appearance in Mount Laurel's Best Buy. What they didn't expect was the event being shut down so fast. According to this fb post, the folks at Best Buy knowingly sold 400 wristbands for the event when they were legally allowed to sell 100-180 wristbands. Even though kids were told to bring cameras to the event, security at Best Buy threatened to take them away. All Time Low posted the following statement from Best Buy on their website:
Best Buy apologizes to our customers and fans of All Time Low for the confusion over the band’s canceled performance at our Mt. Laurel store on Tuesday. Unfortunately, the scheduled event was shut down due to the fire marshal’s capacity concerns. As a result, Best Buy and the band’s management tried to make this the best possible experience for customers and fans as band members stayed to sign autographs and pose for pictures with those who came to the store to see them.
