The Dangerous Summer @ School of Rock 3.19.11

More Photos Here

After dropping off their last scheduled show at School of Rock, The Dangerous Summer was finally back, bringing along The Scenic, The Graduate and Sparks The Rescue. Local band The Vinyls took the stage at 7PM, playing an extremely impressive set that definitely set the tone for the rest of the night. The Scenic kicked off the tour package with a handful of killer pop-punk tunes, followed by the more mellow vibe of The Graduate. Sparks The Rescue put on an incredibly energetic performance, throwing in a few new songs from their second full length on Fearless Records, due out May 10th. If you have yet to see the band's tribute to Charlie Sheen, be sure to check it out here. Finally, The Dangerous Summer took the stage, playing close to an hour as the nearly packed room sang along. They too played a few new songs off of their new album that will be released later this year.
