Tool announces a whole bunch more 2012 tour dates

Hard-rockers Tool just released an updated schedule for their January-February tour. Tool already had a tour outlined starting on January 14 in Reno and ending on February 8 in Atlanta.

The band has now added shows in Las Vegas, Grand Prairie, Boston, East Rutherford, Charlotte, Fort Lauderdale, and Orlando. There’s also a mystery show planned on February 3, presumably somewhere in the Northeast, since they’re playing in New Jersey two days before and North Carolina a day after. Tool is also in the very early stages of a new album, apparently.

As soon as this tour ends, Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan starts another tour with Puscifer. Those shows start in Texas on February 23 and end in California on March 18. Check out Tool and Keenan’s full tour schedules below (the new dates are in bold).
