Music video: Stephin Merritt - "Dream Again" (Franz Ferdinand cover)

There’s another video out today from the Franz Ferdinand Covers EP. This time it’s Magnetic Fields frontman Stephin Merritt doing “Dream Again”. The original song comes from Franz Ferdinand’s third full-length, Tonight: Franz Ferdinand.

In the Russell Weekes-directed clip, various audio devices come alive and start singing like Stephin Merritt. Merritt and the rest of the Magnetic Fields are currently working on their next album, Love at the Bottom of the Sea, out March 6 from Merge. Check out the video and Franz Ferdinand’s original below.
