Of Montreal announce 2012 tour schedule

In preparation for the release of their eleventh album, Of Montreal will tour the U.S. in March and April. Kevin Barnes and crew will be joined by Cults, Deerhoof, Kishi Bashi, Hard Nips, Lonely Dear, and Computer Kids for various shows.

The indie-psych band starts in Jacksonville on March 7, then takes the Southern route to L.A., heads North along the coast to Seattle, works its way back East to New York and Boston, then South to a final show in Atlanta on April 7. Of Montreal frontman Kevin Barnes is also doing a DJ set at Go Bar on New Year's Eve and the whole band is playing an album release show at the Georgia Theatre on February 17, both in their hometown of Athens, GA.

The new album, Paralytic Stalks, comes out on February 7 from Polyvinyl. Check out the first release from the record, “Wintered Debts” below, and a full tour schedule under that.
