Real Estate recorded a BBC Radio 1 session at Maida Vale studios while in the UK a little while back. Last night, Huw Stephens premiered the 3 song set on his weekly program. The Brooklyn via Ridgewood group performed two tracks, "It's Real" and "Municipality", off their recently released studio effort, Days, as well as a cover of Felt's "Sunlight Bathed The Golden Glow".
