Weird World Record Co. will release a Peaking Lights remix EP next month, but they have already made half the EP and a few extra remixes available to stream online. The husband and wife DJ team get half of their latest album, 936, reworked by a wide range on folks for the new, limited edition EP. Adrian Sherwood does “Tiger Eyes”, Main Attrakionz takes “Marshmellow Yellow”, DaM-FunK “re-freaks” “All The Sun That Shines” and Patten remixes “Key Sparrow”.
So far, Weird World is streaming the first and second tracks, "Tiger Eyes" and "Marshmellow Yellow". To promote the upcoming release, the label has also put out three more, unrelated Peaking Lights remixes online: d'Eon's take on "Hey Sparrow", Damu's "Amazing & Wonderful" remix, and Maria Minerva's "Ooh Aah Eh Edit" of "Birds of Paradise". Peaking Lights released their first Weird World record, 936, today, and the Remixes 12” drops on December 19th. Check out all of the released remixes below.
