Music video: Scott Weiland - "Winter Wonderland"

Stone Temple Pilot Scott Weiland has taken the route of so many other musicians clinging to their success and made a Christmas album. Like Bob Dylan and the Biebs, Weiland felt that the world needed to hear his version of all the standards (or at least that he’d get some cash out of it). Weiland’s album, The Most Wonderful Time of the Year came out a couple of weeks ago via Rhino.

Now that it’s getting closer to the season, though, Weiland has released a music video for “Winter Wonderland”. In the clip Weiland does the normal Christmas stuff like open presents, wear scarves, and sleigh. The best part, though, is how torn he looks between wanting to be Frank Sinatra and wanting to cry. For half the video, Weiland looks absolutely miserable and uncomfortable as he forces a smile while his “friends” take pictures and drink eggnog. Check out the video below.
