Scranton's The Menzingers & Tigers Jaw passed through Philadelphia's First Unitarian Church this past Sunday, January 23rd. The packed show also included Philly's Algernon Cadwallader & Glocca Morra. Our premier photographer Dan Bassini was there to grab 50+ shots of the event. The Menzingers currently only have one upcoming show, which happens to be one of the Bouncing Souls' rescheduled Home For The Holidays shows at The Stone Pony. That date happens to be February 10th and will also include Strike Anywhere and Dirty Tactics. Tickets are still on-sale for all dates, but are going quick. They can be picked up here. A full review of Sunday's show can be found here. Excerpt below.

Near the end of the show, fans were crawling to the stage.  They would reach for the microphone to help sing along and the band even supported that.  It was obvious that the band was loving the attention they were getting.  The bond between this band and their fans was like nothing I had ever witnessed before.  One major highlight was when the guitarist sat upon a fan’s shoulder and proceeded to shred, sing, and just go wild.  Almost immediately after, he puked and quickly responded to the crowd, “I just vomited everywhere and I’m not even intoxicated”  By the last song, there were at least thirty people on stage in one of the best ending performances I’ve ever been a part of.
