Humble Beginnings and Lanemeyer announce reunion show

Excess Db has announced that Humble Beginnings and Lanemeyer will be performing at Maxwells on Friday November 19th. Tickets will go on sale this Friday. Humble Beginnings formed in 1996 and featured Gabe Saporta who went on to form Midtown and Cobra Starship. The group disband in 2001 shortly after their last release We Wear Vans. Lanemeyer formed in 1997 and toured with bands such as The Lawrence Arms and Bigwig before disbanding in 2001. The band has reunited on occasion to play single shows.

I'd much rather prefer a Midtown reunion but what the hell, I'll be at this wasted even though I don't know any of their songs.

Ha no really. I organized these shows with Jeremy so I think I have a good idea of who will and will not be there.
