Ducktails debuts new song "Art Vandelay"

Ducktails aka Matt Mondanile of Real Estate's solo project has debuted a new song titled "Art Vandelay". The track is a b-side from the groups forth coming 7" titled Hamilton Road, which will be out on Olde English Spelling Bee September 3rd. Pre-order the 7" here. This song is the latest installment in a craze that I like to call “Seinwave”. Seinfeld has become the token nostalgia sitcom in the world of music.
