A Big Week for The Starland Ballroom
Monday, July 5, 2010 at 2:46 PM For two days this week, Starland Ballroom will be cranking it's sound system to its limits. On Wednesday, July 7th, Minus The Bear will be rolling on through with supporting acts, Everest and Keepaway, in support of the band's newest album, "Omni". The band performed several songs from Omni on Jimmy Kimmel Live and video of the performance can be found below. The following night, The Starland Ballroom will be hosting the now infamous, The Devil Wears Prada. In addition, Silverstein (they are still around!?), Dance Gavin Dance, I Set My Friends On Fire (still not fully understanding this group), Miss May I, We Came As Romans, Sky Eats Airplane, Your Demise, Ivoryline and Close To Home. This 'recession special' clocks in at $22 and starts at 2:00pm, because, you know, people have nothing going on during their afternoons. Headliners, The Devil Wears Prada will release their previously announced EP, titled "Zombie" on August 24th and it will be on Ferret Music.
