NJ Artist Jason Gluskin featured in "Interesting People" series

Jason Gluskin is a Hoboken (via Boston) based artist that NJ's Sage Productions recently picked to include in their "Interesting People" series. Jason primarily focuses on musicians and cityscape paintings. Be sure to check out the short introduction video to his work above. You can also check out some of Gluskin's work here.

Jason Gluskin's artistic style is a reflection of his personality: Colorful, exciting, soulful and always developing. His vantage point has evolved into something vibrant, colorful, and often a bit whimsical.

As a displaced Bostonian, thrown into the whirlwind of New York City. Gluskin is inspired by his surroundings. Jason strives to capture the beauty, energy, chaos, harmony and anxiety of NYC into cityscape compositions on canvas. Jason surrounds himself with music, which is always a strong influence on his work.  He has painted compositions featuring Jazz, Blues & Soul Musicians, as well as portraits of The Band with Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band

After a few years in the big city, Jason started taking photos and filtering the urban scene through his own lens. In 2009 he began displaying and selling his work through various showcases in NYC and New Jersey. His work has been consistently on display, garnered press and is gaining great momentum.
