Your chance to open for Kiss at PNC Bank Arts Center

As we reported last week, Kiss and The Academy Is are going out on tour this summer with a stop at PNC Bank Arts Center on August 20th (Tickets on sale this Saturday). Eventful has set up a competition in which 22 bands (one for each of the 22 participating tour dates) will get the opportunity to open for Kiss and The Academy Is in their region. Register your band here to get into the competition (Note:You must be in an unsigned band). The top 5 bands will then be reviewed by Kiss themselves before a winner is chosen. Band registration and voting for the Holmdel show will end on August 6th.

The contest was nothing more than an attempt to get e-mail addresses of fans so concert promotions could be sent out to everyone who signs up to vote for their favorite band
