River City Extension to open for Lydia on their farewell tour

River City Extension has been picked to open for Lydia on part of "The Lydia Finale:A Goodbye & Farewell Tour" from August 6th-August 17th. Tickets for the August 7th show at Bowery Ballroom are on sale right now. River City Extension recently released The Unmistakable Man on XOXO Records. You can pick up the album on ITunes and Amazon. Lydia recently announced that they will break up after their nationwide tour. The band will release their final album entitled Assailants sometime in July.
