Best Coast @ Meat Locker 4.5.10
Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 1:57 PM California's Best Coast made a stop at Montclair's Meat Locker this past Monday. The group recently kicked off their East Coast run April 1st at Bowery Ballroom opening for Japandroids. The rest of their dates will be headlining ones. The trio also played Brooklyn's Knitting Factory last night and play an early show at Manhattan's Mercury Lounge tonight. Tickets for that can be picked up here and most likely at the door. Monday's set was approximitely 45 minutes and included all of the songs you'd expect to hear: When I'm With You, So Gone, Sun Was High (So Was I), Make You Mine, Something In The Way, Wish He Was You, This Is Real, Crazy and a couple new songs mixed in between. If you haven't already you can pick up their latest 7" out on Black Iris right here.
