Prince announces Izod Center & Madison Square Garden dates

Last week at Harlem's Apollo Theatre, Prince announced he would be headlining a new concert series "Welcome To America" come this December. Today (per BrooklynVegan) WBLS announced that Prince will be returning to the NJ/NYC area with shows at East Rutherford's Izod Center and Manhattan's Madison Square Garden, five in total. All of the specific dates can be found below. Tickets go on-sale Saturday October 30th at 10AM via Ticketmaster. The showcase is said to include Maceo Parker, Janelle Monae, Mint Condition, Esperanza Spalding, Cassandra Wilson and Lalah H. 

DECEMBER 14th, 15th and 17th at the IZOD CENTER

DECEMBER 18th, and 29th at MADISON SQUARE GARDEN
